Here's what we have so far taking notes while playing. This is a work in progress, and the strength of any advantage may vary (we'd need the official strategy guide to determine that) but here's the basic rundown...

GENERAL NOTES ON PITCHING:

Pitch Low: (Get outs via contact easily)
Pitch High: (Get strikeouts easily)
Pitch Inside: (Beats "Go Opposite Field")
Pitch Outside: (Beats "Pull")
Throw Balls: (Decreases the hitter's chance of getting a hit)

WIN / LOSE COMBINATIONS:

Note: For simplicity  "Push" is short for "Hit to Opposite Field".

Pitch Low < Contact, Bunt
Pitch Low > Power & Patient
Pitch Low = Push & Pull

Pitch High > Patient
Pitch High < Power
Pitch High = Contact, Pull & Push

Pitch Inside > Contact, Push & Patient 
Pitch Inside < Pull & Power

Pitch Outside > Power & Pull
Pitch Outside < Push, Patient
Pitch Outside = Contact, Bunt

Throw Balls > Power
Throw Balls < Patient & Contact

1. Contact Swing (Beats "Pitch Low")
2. Power Swing (Beats "Pitch High")
3. Pull (Beats "Pitch Inside")
4. Go Opposite Field (Beats "Pitch Outside")

Bottom Row:
5. Be Patient (Beats "Throw Balls")
6. Hit and Run
7. Sac Bunt/Bunt for hit/Squeeze
8. Steal

When pitching:
